  • How far ahead should I order before for the holidays?

The earlier, the better because once the oven is full, it’s full. We encourage folks to order at least four (4) weeks ahead to have at least a chance. Note that we are unable to accommodate orders for off-menu items during the holidays and some other times during the year.

  • How far ahead should I place my catering/delivery order?

The earlier, the better because once the delivery schedule is booked up, it’s booked up. We schedule delivery appointments and those are often all reserved several days ahead. During the peak holiday season, delivery slots fill up 3-4 weeks beforehand. Note that one can reserve a delivery time and then follow-up later with one’s menu selections. Of course, you’re welcome to call us at the last minute and if we can say “yes,” we will make it happen.

  • How far do you deliver?

Our primary delivery area is the city limits of Tampa. We do deliver to adjoining areas. Note that the delivery fees are based upon zone, time of day, and order minimum. When you are ready to experience Wright’s at your home or office, check out our catering and delivery fees.

  • Why do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery service is primarily for large group orders. We make an appointment to deliver your order within a half-hour window before our scheduled delivery time with you. Our drivers provide inside delivery and drive refrigerated vans to ensure your order is safely handled.

  • Do you offer Uber Eats, Grub Hub or similar deliver service?

We do not work with third-party delivery services because of our standards for service and food safety. We have a fleet of refrigerated vans that ensure that anything we deliver has been handled safely and professionally from our kitchen to your door. There is a delivery fee for this service.

  • Do you have nutritional information available?

Given the breadth and depth of our menu as well as the resources required for this information, we do not at this time. However, we are exploring software solutions that will help us provide nutritional information and will make that information available as soon as we are able.

  • What precautions do you take for food allergies?

We want to prepare food that doesn’t conflict with one’s allergies. Please tell us about any allergies before ordering and we will be happy to discuss how we can accommodate you. Note that we extensively use milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, and wheat throughout our facility. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is 100%-free of an allergen.

  • Do you offer gluten-free options?

All of our garden salads can be prepared gluten-free—just let us know to 86 (hold) the croutons. Most of our deli salads are gluten-free. At this time, we do not have any gluten-free desserts or breads for sandwiches.

  • Do you offer cake tastings for birthday cakes?

All of our layer cakes are available for purchase by the slice or as a cupcake for those interested in tasting beforehand.

  • Do you offer special pricing for larger orders?

Yes, we offer volume pricing on many of our menu items. Most of the pricing breaks are at 12 count and 25 count. Please call us for specific pricing.

  • Do we offer senior, military, or student discounts?

    Not at this time.

  • Do you offer half-sandwiches?

No, but we’re happy to wrap your sandwich in halves or quarters so you can enjoy it later.

  • Do you offer a combo-meal?

    Not at this time.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, AMEX, Discover, MC, and VISA. We also offer gift cards.

  • Do you have event space or offer meeting space for groups?

Yes, we offer private dining rooms and meeting space for celebrations or group meetings and can accommodate up to 80 people in one room.

  • Are you open on Sundays?

No, we are not. We believe in giving our employees a day off every week when they can relax, spend time with their families or worship if they choose. It’s the way we’ve done business for nearly 60 years.

  • What are you career opportunities?

Wright’s wouldn’t be famous without our dedicated staff. Think you have what it takes to join the Wright’s team? Click here to learn more.

  • Do you accommodate custom orders for off-menu items?

It just depends on the type of item and time of year. Please call us at 813-253-3838 to discuss your needs with our team.

  • I have a large group order. How do I distribute that when I get back to the office?

This is what we call “Bag and Tag.” We will bag and tag each individual person’s order so that when you get back to the office, you can simply hand everyone their own bag with their order. No more trying to identify who ordered what. It’s that easy.
