We want to say “yes” to as many people as possible and strive to respond to every completed request within seven business days. Due to the many requests we receive, please note we will only consider requests that meet the following guidelines.

• Requests should be submitted at least 60 days in advance.
• Requests should be submitted on an organization’s letterhead or include a brochure, flyer, etc. about the organization or event.
• Requests should include a current copy of organization’s Florida State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. NOTE: We cannot accept an IRS determination letter and status, i.e. 501(c)3, etc. in lieu of the certificate.
