Generally, from January through October, a full-time employee must be available to work a wide range of hours between 4 A.M. and 11 P.M., Monday through Saturday. Because of the increased volume in November and December, we may operate 24 hours per day, including some Sundays. These hours are subject to change without notice.
For those that cannot work a wide range of hours or every day we're open, we do offer PT-Early (4 A.M. to 8 A.M.), PT-Midday (10 A.M. to 3 P.M.), and PT-Evening (6 P.M. - 10 P.M.) shifts. Please note which part-time shifts are available for each of the positions described below.

Production Position Descriptions
Baker - Primarily bakes cakes, pies, cookies, and dessert bars. No bread. Minimum of two years commercial baking experience in past three years. (Shifts available: FT, PT-Early, PT-Evening)
Cafe & Catering Manager - oversees our high-volume, fast-paced cafe and catering departments. Must have ability to plan and prioritize tasks and coordinate staff accordingly. Must possess strong production, customer service, and computer skills. Minimum of two years of experience in leading a team of at least five (5) people within the past two years in a high volume kitchen, deli, hotel, restaurant or catering company. (Shifts available: FT)
Cake Decorator - Decorates our ever popular cakes and cupcakes plus a limited number of custom cakes. Minimum of two years commercial decorating experience in past three years. (Shifts available: FT, PT-Early, PT-Evening)
Catering Driver - Delivers & sets-up for our catering customers. Lots of lunch and breakfast deliveries. Delivery area includes most of Hillsborough and Pinellas counties. This is not pizza or parcel delivery type job and it's not a tipped position. Minimum of one year front or back-of-the-house experience in past three years. Clean driving record required. (Shifts available: FT, PT-Midday)
Catering Server - Seasonal, part-time position. Not currently hiring for this position.
Cook - prepares hot and cold foods from deli salads & fruit trays to making soups and roasting turkeys. Must know food and have excellent knife skills. This is a production role where one generally prepares batches of food. This is not a line cook position. Minimum of one year food production experience in past three years. (Shifts available: All)
Cook's Assistant - Basic kitchen prep. Entry-level position for one with no back-of-the house prep experience or one who hasn't worked in food service in more than three years. No experience required. (Shifts available: All)
Counter CSR - Assist both walk-in and call-in customers. Being good-natured, friendly and patient is required. Requires extensive training in Wright's Deli Prep role as well as strong computer skills to operate our POS. (Shifts available: FT, PT-Midday)
Deli Prep - Greets and serves the world's greatest customers while making sandwiches, salads, and party platters. Minimum of six months food prep experience in past three years.(Shifts available: All)
Dining Room Attendant - Maintains the dining room, helps with carry-outs, brews iced tea and coffee, stocks shelves, runs dishes to the dish room. No experience required. (Shifts available: FT, PT-Midday)
Phone CSR - Assist in-bound call-in customers with orders ranging from sandwiches to specialty cakes to full-service catering. Some out-bound prospecting calls. Requires extensive training in Wright's Counter CSR role. Great phone presence and strong computer skills are needed. Minimum of six months cashier, server, or call center experience plus six months food prep experience in past three years. (Shifts available: FT, PT-Midday)
Pot & Pan Washer - Every day we use thousands of pots, pans, and other containers. Our pot & pan washers keep them clean and sanitized. Keeps all of Wright's clean and neat. No experience required. (Shifts available: All)
Runner - Delivers food from storage areas & walk-in coolers to customers or prep staff. Must have a good knowledge of our menu. Fast-paced and lots of customer contact. Seasonal position. No experience required. (Shifts available: PT-Midday only)
Salesperson - Outside catering sales. Not currently hiring for this position.
Steward - Sets-up and closes down stations, performs basic food prep (i.e. portioning dressings, washing produce), receives deliveries from our vendors, and helps our pot & pan washers keep the facility clean. Entry level position for one with limited or no food prep experience. No experience required. (Shifts available: All)
Non-Production Position Descriptions
Administrative Assistant - Has a wide range of duties in the business office, ranging from traditional office tasks to handling general correspondence and updating management spreadsheets. Minimum of one year experience in this role in the past three years. Not currently hiring for this position. Bookkeeper - Payables, receivables, inventory, payroll, and general ledger. Solid knowledge of accounting principles required. Strong MS Office and overall computer skills required. Inventory clerk - Forecasts, orders and receives over 800 ingredients on a daily and weekly basis. Strong food prep knowledge required to succeed. Basic Excel skills required.
